1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
How to Meet with clients to understand current business processes (As-Is).
Analyze business needs and document them in a Business Requirements Document (BRD).
Propose Oracle Human Capital Cloud solutions aligned with client requirements

2. System Setup & Configuration
How to Perform system setup and configuration in Human Capital modules such as:
– Global Human Capital / Core HR.

– Absences Management

– Oracle Time and Labor.

-Oracle Payroll.
Use Functional Setup Manager (FSM) for configuration tasks.

3. Business Process Management
How to Design and document the future process flows (To-Be processes).
Align business processes with Oracle Human Capital Cloud capabilities.
Support process improvement initiatives.


4. Testing
How to Prepare and execute Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
Ensure system meets business requirements.

5. Training & End-User Support
How to Develop User Guides, Training Materials,
Deliver training sessions for end users.
Provide Post-Go-Live support to stabilize the system.
6. Integration & Reporting
How to Work with technical teams to integrate Financial & SCM with other modules or external systems.
Support reporting requirements using OTBI, BI Publisher, and integrations (Web Services, REST APIs).

7. Project Management Support
How to Contribute to project plans and timelines.
