2. System Setup & Configuration
How to Perform system setup and configuration in Odoo application modules such as:
– Accounting
– Inventory
-Purchase
-Sales
-HR
Use Functional Setup Manager (FSM) for configuration tasks.
3. Business Process Management
How to Design and document the future process flows (To-Be processes).
Align business processes with Odoo Application capabilities.
Support process improvement initiatives.
4. Testing
How to Prepare and execute Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
Ensure system meets business requirements.
5. Training & End-User Support
How to Develop User Guides, Training Materials,
Deliver training sessions for end users.
Provide Post-Go-Live support to stabilize the system.
6. Integration & Reporting
How to Work with technical teams to integrate with external systems.
Support reporting requirements.
7. Project Management Support
How to Contribute to project plans and timelines.
